PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY (Effective from January 1, 2024)

During transactions at the website or stores of 3DMili Digital Solutions, we may collect certain personal data of our Customers under the following terms:

  1. Scope of Information Collection: 1.1 To make purchases within the System (placing orders, leaving reviews, contacting us, etc.), Customers may be required to provide us with information, including: Email, Full Name, Phone Number, Address, and other necessary personal data at various times (“Personal Data”). All declared information must be accurate and legal, and 3DMili Digital Solutions is not responsible in case the information provided by Customers is inaccurate.

1.2 In the event that Customers transact on the website of 3DMili Digital Solutions, the System may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages viewed, the number of links clicked, and other information related to connecting to the 3DMili Digital Solutions site. We also collect information from the Web browser used by Customers each time they access the System, including: IP address, Browser type, language used, time, and addresses accessed by the Browser.

  1. Purpose of Using Personal Data: The Personal Data collected from Customers by the System will be used within the following scope: 2.1 Order processing: making phone calls/text messages to confirm orders, notify order status & delivery time, confirm order cancellation (if any).

2.2 Sending letters of invitation/thank you notes, introducing new products, new services, or promotional programs of 3DMili Digital Solutions.

2.3 Sending product warranty information.

2.4 Resolving complaints.

2.5 Implementing promotional programs of 3DMili Digital Solutions, including: promotional programs conducted by 3DMili Digital Solutions independently or in collaboration with third parties; information about awarding prizes to Customers when they win.

2.6 Conducting surveys to better care for Customers.

2.7 Verifying identity and ensuring the security of Customers’ Personal Data.

2.8 Other reasonable purposes to serve Customer requests.

  1. Duration of Personal Data Storage: Data will be stored until there is a deletion request from the Customer, except where the law does not allow deletion. Otherwise, in all cases, Customers' Personal Data will be kept confidential and stored on the server of 3DMili Digital Solutions.

  2. Parties That May Access Customers' Personal Data: Customers' Personal Data is absolutely committed to confidentiality by 3DMili Digital Solutions according to this Policy and is only shared with the following Parties to serve the purposes mentioned in section 2: 4.1 Affiliates of 3DMili Digital Solutions (parent company, subsidiaries, and/or companies under the same control as 3DMili Digital Solutions);

4.2 Lawyers, advisors, auditors of 3DMili Digital Solutions;

4.3 Personal Data processing parties for 3DMili Digital Solutions under the Service Supply Contract at each time;

4.4 Other third parties with the consent of the Customer at each time.

  1. Methods of Handling Personal Data: Customers' Personal Data collected through their activities on the System will be stored on a third-party system and kept secure under the management of 3DMili Digital Solutions.

  2. Customers' Rights Regarding Personal Data: Customers have full rights according to the law regarding their Personal Data. 6.1 Customers have the right to access, edit, or delete Personal Data by the following means: Logging into the Customer information management page on the 3DMili Digital Solutions website to edit or delete their information. Leaving comments or sending direct feedback from the System, 3DMili Digital Solutions will check the information and contact the Customer to confirm and edit/delete the information once it has been fully and accurately verified.

6.2 In addition to the pre-established rights regarding Personal Data as stated in section 6.1, for other rights, Customers can send an email with attached documents detailing their specific requests. After receiving the Customer's request, 3DMili Digital Solutions will inform the Customer to consider the restrictions, consequences, and potential damages before fulfilling the request.   1. Potential Unwanted Consequences and Damages When Processing Personal Data: 7.1 Consequences: Personal Data being disclosed to other subjects without Customer consent; or third parties accessing Personal Data and using it for other purposes without Customer consent.

7.2 Potential unwanted damages: loss of assets; or the honor, reputation of Customers being violated.

7.3 Other unforeseen consequences and damages that 3DMili Digital Solutions cannot predict due to objective reasons.

  1. General Terms: 3DMili Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time when necessary, the updated version will be announced on the System and dated for Customers to identify the latest version.
